Pre-Thanksgiving update.

I love my shows. I don't know how they all manage to be so amazing.
Lie to Me:
"Try to picture this. I'm at Hilton Head, 8th hole, 200 par, best game of my life. Then all of a sudden I get this call from my FBI supervisor, wondering whether my interest in 16-year-old boys is business or purely recreational."Freaking hilarious. I had to pause while I died of the lulz. XD
"And which is it?"
"Well, see, that's what I'm hoping that you can help me with. Because it seems like somebody here in DC used my personal ID number and password to access an FBI database. But when I'm not actually in DC, that sets off alarms, so. Can either of you tell me who I should blame for ruining my vacation?"
"Loker?"
And "Black Friday" was awesome as well. Loved that kid, Max. That scene with him and Lightman -- you know the one -- was just... gah. Fantastic. (Also, yay Loker!)
ETA: How great was "Secret Santa"?! Although the end was disappointing -- I was hoping the whole time that the snowflake would say something along the lines of "Consider yourself a paid employee; merry Christmas." But sadly, I don't write for the show. Sigh. We can't have everything in life.
Castle: Equally great, although the three I finally caught up on (2x7-9) weren't my favorites. (ETA: Tonight's was fantastic, though, wasn't it? I was tearing up a little at the end there.)
White Collar: Show, I love you so much. "The Portrait" was TERRIFIC. I loved the end. <3 God, Neal just keeps getting more and more awesome. The whole thing with Kate broke me, though, omg. ):
Legend of the Seeker: I FREAKING ADORE THIS SHOW. CAPSLOCK DOES NOT EXPRESS HOW AWESOME IT IS. "Broken" really was kind of predictable for the most part -- e.g., the second "You don't want to know" came out of Cara's mouth, I remembered what that guy had said in "Denna" and went "Oh, god" out loud -- and yet, they still managed to make it the kind of awesome you can't look away from. And the parts I didn't see coming. Holy. Freaking. Cow. That is all. Already can't wait till next week!
And, Dexter: Holy crap, the end of "Hungry Man". I thought we'd already gotten our twist for the episode! Didn't see that one coming! Omg. Also, I love this show's writers, too. Awkward and creepy Thanksgiving dinner was awkward and creepy, and more-frequently-than-you'd-expect awkwardandcreepy at the same time! Trinity sure is a scary SOB, isn't he. Damn.
In other news, last week marked 10 months on T. Even more of a hairy man-beast. Still no change downstairs. Nothing else to report except that lately when I put my T on (I take gel, ftr), my arms turn all pink and stingy. Now, I'm the kind of white that turns pink at the slightest provocation, but this still doesn't seem good. I hope I don't have to switch to injections because I'm having an allergic reaction or something. But really, just starting to have a reaction, if that is indeed what it is, after ten months? That seem weird to anyone else? *shrug*
Unrelatedly, NCT is going well. Still having some issues (which if I elaborate at all, I'll probably take to a f'locked post just to be on the safe side), but things are getting written, and I haven't lost NaNo yet! (I did just lose the Game, though. Sorry!)
Finally, the week after Thanksgiving is going to be the worst week ever.
Dec 1: Last project due in Data Structures.
Dec 2: Test in Comp. Org. The project was supposed to be due on the same day, but I think he's postponed it to the fourth.
Dec 3: My birthday. Also, Stats test.
Dec 4: 8- to 10-page paper due in World Music. Also, the aforementioned project.
Gahhhh. Thank god for Thanksgiving Break. D:
