It took me forever to get mine on the first time, too. I found the only way I could get it on was to put my arms and head through, so my arms were sticking up in the air and the binder was all bunched up awkwardly around my neck, then bending one of my arms down to edge the bunched up binder down with my thumb. I got it down an inch or so then did the same thing for the bunch in the front, and kept alternating until it was low enough for me to lower my arms and pull it down with my hands. After that first time, it was a lot easier to get on, and now it fits perfectly. If you think you got the right size, you probably did: I thought mine was too small at first too.
Haha, and I love FTM!Peter--I totally support teleporting into random alternate universes just to get it in. It's all about word count anyways, right?
