TV update, part 2.

Burn Notice: Was awesome. Especially Michael acting evil. Such good times. (And did y'all hear about the Sam prequel? How cool is that going to be? :D)

Royal Pains: Gotta admit, I felt really bad for Evan (even though I ship Evan/Divya). Not entirely sure why, but there it is. Also, still hating on Dr. Peck. Also also, jhc that stuff with the guy's eye. DDD: dnw. That was seriously one of the most horrifying things RP has ever done, up there with That Fugitive With The Wonky Ribs On The Boat That One Time. Yikes.

Twilight Zone: "The Chaser" was okay. I'd seen half of it, wanted to see the whole thing. It was watchable. And I was surprised all over again at the ending. Even more so at "The Passersby". Obviously the husband and the Union guy were dead, but for some reason I hadn't made the connection that obviously the MC was too, and even more shocking was that the wife was. I literally went "Wow, didn't see that coming!" out loud. Finally, "The Jungle". Did see that one coming. A mile away. It would have been better at midnight -- its main attraction was the suspense (like with "The Hitchhiker", which I did see at midnight the first time and scared the bejeezus out of me). You knew he was going to get killed by a lion, you just didn't know when. Made the ending anticlimactic (not like "Hitchhiker", ergo that ep was better), but it was watchable enough. Not like "Passage on the Lady Anne" that I watched a while back, where I spent the whole ep sure of the ending, and then not only was it anticlimactic, but we never even got the payoff -- the folks on the ship (who I'd been sure the twist was going to be that they were dead; they were all ancient and there were subtle hints to this effect, too) and the ship itself were simply never seen again. Wtf, show. That ep sucked so hard. Never watching that again. Thankfully, while season 4 was the weakest season by far, most of it didn't suck that bad (except for "Mute", but we won't get into that). I mean, they ran for five season, they're allowed a few clunkers, but I waited an hour (at 3am) for that?! Thanks a lot.

Speaking of TV, Is FlashForward Heading to Starz? I certainly hope so. You can always find it online, after all, someone just has to make more first.

And I'd like to take this moment to pimp the Neal Caffrey Is In Your 'Verse Making It Awesome fest (with which I am unaffiliated, but it's fabulous). You can also have this hilarious clip of Matt Bomer on Leno.

it's weird, because I've never really cared for Neal Caffrey - it's all about Peter Burke for me, for some reason :\

maybe he's too pretty/handsome. That annoys me like anything, trufax, although I am still going to check out the comm, because, well, it seems really fun!
