I don't know about the Alex thing - I have only been catching an episode here and there (well, hello there, poor ratings). But every time I do catch one Alex - seems ... overly wrought, I guess. Like her relationship with Carter is occupying too much of her head where she needs to be a bit more objective. I don't know - I mean, yeah, she left him with those skinheads, but all the panicking before that just bothered me. Maybe I'm being to weird about it (although I do like her, outside of that). Now, I'm off to read your fic. YAY!
